The EXPERT-W100 Siren-Anons device, used to control the siren, announcements, and warning lights of emergency vehicles such as police, ambulance, and fire department vehicles, operates in both wired and wireless modes. All functions can be controlled both from inside the vehicle (wired) and from outside (wireless). The keypad on the remote control allows for broadcasting announcements and controlling the sound and warning lights. The LEDs on the device allow for a simulated flash mode of the warning lights. The siren unit is capable of playing multiple siren tones, and the inactive siren sound can be coded, selected, and played back via the remote control. In addition to wired use, the remote control, which is charged via a cable and automatically switches to wireless mode when the cable is disconnected, can perform all system functions wirelessly without any loss of functionality. With the ability to pair multiple remote controls (add to the system), one remote control can be in wired mode in the vehicle, while the others operate in wireless mode and control functions both inside and outside the vehicle.
